Alex Niu, a popular American born Taiwanese celebrity with a particular talent in gobbling and grubbing, teamed up with Toyota Camry to embark on a culinary journey to find the boldest taste there can be.

The Bold Taste Tour made 3 stops in the US – LA, SF, and NY, hunting for only the best, Bold Noodle Dishes to devour. In New York, Alex entered miss KOREA BBQ inquiring for a noodle dish, extraordinary and exquisite like no other, and boy, he found the perfect place!

Sophia, the CEO of miss KOREA BBQ (flaunting beauty of a Miss Korea herself), set out to show Alex an authentic taste of boldness. Then miss KOREA’s Bold Noodle Dish was served: Bulgogi Naengmyeon.

Prepared Seoul style, Bulgogi Naengmyeon takes the dish to a new level. It’s not the usual Bulgogi dish you’ve had before! It’s the collaboration, the bold combination of the seemingly discordant: Sizzling hot, yet tender Bulgogi beef and cold and tangy buckwheat Naengmyeon noodles. Wrap the wonderfully bizarre combination in a green leaf, YUM. PHENOMENAL.
