2002 - Opening of the First Restaurant

Founder and CEO Sophia Lee, who transitioned from being a schoolteacher to the restaurant industry, opened her first restaurant in 2002 with a passion to share the beauty of her home country's cuisine. 2009 - Opening of missKOREA BBQ in New York

2010 - Creation of missKOREA BBQ's Social Media Account on Facebook
